A lonely storefront building with an apartment above, another survivor in the fringes of the 22nd Street prairie -- another mute reminder of what this area once was.
It was occupied as recently as 2005, maybe later. It's still in perfectly good shape -- it could be re-occupied, renovated, rehabbed, returned to good use.
