Two more lonely HUD houses, out on the urban prairie surrounding N. 23rd Street. The aerial view shows one or both occupied circa 2006. Similar to yesterday's houses, these are on a prime spot for redevelopment; almost nothing remains around them. The fact that nothing's happened yet raises many questions about what Paul McKee is planning, and why the land assembly is of such a ridiculously gargantuan scale, not at all suited to the city.
