Blairmont update

Paul McKee Jr. recently made another round of property purchases through Larmer LLC and Union Martin LLC. The buildings in question will be documented here over the coming days.

Meanwhile, here's some status updates on a few older Blairmont properties:

• The brick-rustled house at 1357 Leffingwell has been demolished.
  
• The ruins of 2510 Sullivan have finally been removed.
  
• 2527 Sullivan, a 1-story industrial building owned by Blairmont, has been demolished.
  
• 2204, 2206 and 2208 Hebert have all been demolished.
  
• The leaning house at 1512 Montgomery was demolished in early August, following a sidewall collapse.
  
• 2337 Montgomery has suffered gutter damage from metal thieves.
