The assessor's database is a little goofy on this one, indicating two buildings when there's actually three. But the upshot is still the same: Blairmont owns 'em all.
The aerial view shows a van parked in front of one, indicating occupancy circa 2005.

I called McKee and referenced your blog. A write-up of the call is available on my blog.
And thanks for providing this service! Your website is now a veritable treasure trove of evidence against McKee when the inevitable (public) clash begins.
OMG THEY ARE WATCHING ME
And, you're welcome! Stay tuned, there's a lot more ground yet to cover.
Rob, you might want to showcase 1521 Palm (McKee/LRA split building) as opposed to its twin at 1517 Palm, which is owned by an officer in the Army Corps of Engineers who is deployed in Iraq. Amazingly, the soldier in Iraq is forging ahead with an ambitious rehab while the well-heeled developer in St Charles is disrespecting the neighborhood. Some are good and some are evil and rarely is the division so clear!
