- 3223 Magazine Street (VHS Partners LLC, May 2005)
February 2008
Not much to say about this one. It's a rather plain little one-level cottage, bereft of ornament, shorn of whatever cornice it may have been built with. It's typical of small-scale historic housing stock in St. Louis. It was probably affordable when it was new, and might remain so today if Blairmont wasn't sitting on it.
