Daily Dose of Blairmont 96

This three-story mixed use building, on the northern edge of JeffVanderLou, has the Blairmont trademark of removed upper story windows. Though much remuddled over the years, the form of the mansard roof and the multiple chimneys help it retain a distinctive architectural character.

Blairmont also has the low industrial building next door at 2526 Palm, and a vacant lot between them.
